The boys were kept very busy today running all over the field. Matthew took a couple of great corners. Jesse put a lot of pressure on the Thornleigh players which resulted in them missing the goal on several occaisons. The boys kept the ball up their end of the field for a large part of the first half of the game. Jentezen was first to score this week . This was followed by Thornleigh scoring before half time leaving the score at 1 all at the break. Jesse tackled a Thornleigh player and won the ball – well done Jesse. Fletcher scored the winning goal today kicking the ball from before the half way line. All the spectators watching were amazed as the ball just kept on rolling until it finally made its way into the goal. Fletcher was man of the match today.
