Hills Hawks were the first to score today. We managed to keep the ball up our half for most of the first half of the game. Matthew got his foot under the ball but narrowly missed the net. Jesse took the ball for a long run ,however it was Caleb who was first to score this week. The Hawks kicked the ball past all our boys except for Jentezen who, as our last line of defence, turned and took the ball all the way scoring our second goal of the day. Just before half time Ryan scored leaving the score at 3 to 1 at the break. Ryan opened the scoring in the second half scoring from a long shot. Jesse was next to add to the score after intercepting from their kick off. PHD were now up 5 to Hawks 1. The next goal was a great example of the boys passing between their team mates with Jentezen taking the ball down the field and passing to Jesse who found the back of the net. Ryan added another 2 goals to the score and then Jesse scored the final goal of the day with the score line at full time a 9 to 1 win to our boys.
