Down three players today didn’t affect the boy’s performance at all. It was an entertaining game, which started off with a little confusion by our youngest players as to which way we were running, but in the end they ended up playing brilliantly! Riley made a number of strong breaks to score a number of goals and the other boy’s also worked hard to setup some goals for Riley too.
Hayden scored player of the week for scoring his “first goal” for the season, even if it was for the opposition, we figured after Thornleigh kindly donated one back that didn’t matter!
